Here is our shipping policy for your reference: 

BabeSafe mattress covers: 7-14 business days, shipped directly from New Zealand. Shipping if free.

All bedding orders: 5-11 business days (depends on location shipped) + 5 days handling.  Shipped directly from Canada separately from mattress covers - this includes all custom orders, from the time dimensions are received.
--All orders are expedited, insured, and trackable at www.canadapost.ca, unless otherwise stated.--  orders over $200 are generally shipped via UPS or FedEx ground which take a maximum of 5-6 business days to arrive.

BabeSafe mattress covers: are free of shipping charges and arrive directly from New Zealand.  They are shipped separately from any bedding orders.

Underblankets, overblankets, and sheets: are made by our staff of seamstresses and are shipped directly from Bradford, Ontario, Canada.  They are expedited via Canada Post, UPS, or Fedex to the USA and Canada.  A $2 handling fee applies to all orders. No more handling fees!! 

Custom orders:  Please allow 5 business days for custom orders to be manufactured.  Once the custom order is made, an additional 5-11 business days will occur for shipping.  So in total, it takes 1.5 to 3 weeks to receive a custom order. 

How we ship:  We expedite our packages instead of using regular mail because we want the reliability of being able to track shipments and have them insured for our customers.  We have found this method to be the most reliable as well as cost effective and timely.  UPS and Fedex is also cost effective and timely.

Christmas and New Year's shipping delays: Attention!  All BabeSafe mattress covers ordered in the last 2-3 weeks of December will experience a **delay due to New Zealand mail holidays (totaling 10 days off!)  Please keep that in mind!

We expedite all Canadian orders for several reasons.  First it is a reliable method of shipping and the package comes with a tracking number.  Secondly the package is insured up to $100.  The customer can track  their shipment online at www.canadapost.ca.  Also, expedited orders within Canada arrive within 1-5 days depending on the destination.  Expedited shipping costs $10 for orders under $50 and $11 for orders up to $100.  Orders from $100-$200+ are $17-21.99. Prices are subject to change as shipping taxes and costs increase.

Orders over $200:  are upgraded to UPS or Fedex (at no additional cost to you).
